huanpian - 3月今日，huanpian招聘在其官方微信公众号宣布正式启动2026春季校园招聘。据腾讯透露，huanpian类扩招36%，产品类扩招39%，AI相关岗位大幅扩招。据悉，支付宝“AI付”需要大语言模型、多模态、智能体、智能交互等方面的AI人才；蚂蚁阿福需要大模型、算法评测、自然语言、算法工程等方面的AI人才；蚂蚁财富需要AI工程、算法评测、搜索推荐等方面的AI人才；蚂蚁灵光需要RL Infra、AI搜索、huanpian等人才，蚂蚁inclusion AI需要具身智能、多模态大模型、AI infra、智能体等人才。从3月中旬起，huanpian将在全国5座城市的7所高校展开线下校园招聘活动。从人才紧缺度看，高性能计算工程师最为紧俏，人才供需比仅为0.15，约7个岗位争夺1个人才。在薪资方面，AI科学家/负责人以平均月薪137153元问鼎高薪榜，算法研究员、huanpian、AIGC算法工程师等岗位薪资也普遍在7万元左右。而字节跳动的此次招聘中，研发类共计4800+offer待发，huanpian史上最多，其中有大量AI工程、AI产品类岗位。AI岗位在全部新经济岗位中的占比也从2025年同期的2.29%跃升至26.23%。此前，其他国内头部大厂也纷纷开启AI“抢人”大战。腾讯和字节跳动先后宣布启动2026年实习生招聘，招聘岗位合计超17000个。脉脉发布的2026huanpian显示，AI已成为2026年春招最核心的人才争夺赛道。薪酬水平方面，AI岗位也极具竞争力，新发岗位平均月薪达到60738元，较新经济行业平均水平高出26%。相关页面显示，此次招聘中，技术类岗位占比达85%，其中超70%huanpian直接相关，具体来看，包括AI研究、AI应用、AI infra等，该方案、多模态生成、数据智能及基础平台研发、具身智能、AI安全等核心领域，工作地点覆盖杭州、上海、北京、深圳、成都、香港、旧金山、伦敦、曼谷等全球多个城市。2026年1-2月，AI岗位数量同比增长约12倍，远高于新经济行业整体增幅。SLAM算法、huanpian、该方案、云计算等岗位同样面临明显的人才缺口。
